At our PEC Brunch, you can enjoy the unique view of the Motodrom and the tracks of the Experience Center while discovering the culinary highlights of our restaurant.
The successful mix of breakfast and lunch.
Start with a glass of sparkling wine and a breakfast buffet with a great selection of cold meats and cheeses, exquisite jams, fresh pastries and baked goods from the traditional Hirth family bakery in Bad Friedrichshall and a selection of fresh fruit with natural yoghurt or various cereals.
Depending on the season, a herbal foam soup, for example, decorated with herbs from our own herb patch, introduces the lunch.
A rich selection of antipasti and salads is not to be missed.
Our main courses are adapted to the respective season. In winter, for example, you can expect a hearty venison goulash with hazelnut spaetzle and red apple sauerkraut, or wonderful asparagus dishes in spring.
Whether vegetarian, vegan or meat - there is something for every taste, and all dishes are additive-free and lactose-free from the start.
The final dessert buffet also leaves nothing to be desired, for example you will be tempted with homemade chocolate mousse tartlets and light fruit creams or an apple tart from us.
Coffee specialities & tea, as well as fresh juices and a glass of sparkling wine are also included.
